I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Lee. I'd always had a deviated septum, and as I got older it became more pronounced, to the point where it was affecting my breathing and my nose looked obviously crooked. I had consulted with a couple of surgeons in Western, MA but did not feel confident in their ability to address this effectively, and was uncomfortable with how they treated me in the intake as a potential client. I met with Dr. Lee and felt immediately at ease with his clarity about the situation, what he could do to correct it, and his positivity about proceeding if I wanted to. The Septorhinoplasty went well and I am VERY happy with the result. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for anyone considering this surgery, he is very highly skilled and kind, a great combination.
