Surgical Quote: After your consultation at with Dr. Arnold Lee at ARCmd, you’ll receive a customized surgical quote outlining the cost of your procedure and a proposed surgical date. These quotes are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. To secure your surgical date, a 20% deposit is required.
Consult Fee: A $150 consultation fee is required at the time of scheduling your surgical consultation with Dr. Lee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your procedure if you decide to proceed with surgery.
Paying for Surgery: Our billing coordinator will contact you to arrange payment and discuss payment options. We accept credit card payments over the phone, checks by mail, or in special circumstances, cash can be hand-delivered to our office. Additionally, financing options through Affirm are available. Payment in full is due at least six weeks before your scheduled surgery date. Failure to make timely payment may result in the need to reschedule your surgery.
Cancelation Policy: If you wish to cancel your surgery for any reason, please notify us at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled surgery date to receive a 100% refund on all fees collected. Cancellations within three weeks of the surgical date may incur a 25% fee.
Before and After Gallery: At ARCmd, we understand that each patient is unique. Therefore, we don’t showcase all of our before and after photos online. During your consultation, Dr. Arnold Lee will work with your own photos to generate the potential results of your procedure. You will also have the opportunity in office to view extensive examples of surgical results.

Patients can access Affirm as a payment option exclusively through ARCmd VIP

- Choose Affirm as your payment method at checkout (do not choose “Card”)
- Provide necessary information for a real-time decision.
- Select a payment plan with terms from 3 weeks to 36 months based on your cart size and credit history.
- Confirm the payment plan, and your order will process.

Affirm offers detailed payment plan options at checkout and never charges late fees or extra fees.
